Dry Sack Fino Sherry

Dry Sack Fino Sherry
A Fino from Williams & Humbert, one of the most traditional bodegas in the Sherry Triangle. Dry Sack Fino matures organically under the protective flor – the layer of yeast that protects the wine from oxidation and gives it its characteristic style.
A bright straw yellow in the glass. On the nose, notes of aldehydes and roasted almonds dominate – typical of a Fino with intact flor structure. Very dry on the palate, yet full-bodied with a fresh, clean finish.
Serving temperature: 7–9 °C, ideally straight from the refrigerator into a glass. Pairs well with Jamón ibérico, grilled seafood, boquerones, or mild Manchego cheese. Also a classic combination as an aperitif with olives and savory biscuits.
Williams & Humbert is one of the great names of Jerez – founded in 1877, it is today one of the most traditional houses in Andalusia. From its extensive bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera come sherries that cover the entire spectrum of the Solera system: from bone-dry Fino to dark, nutty Oloroso. The characteristic combination of Atlantic climate, Albariza chalk soils, and decades of cask aging makes every sip a piece of Jerez history.
