Canasta Cream

The Canasta Cream from Williams & Humbert is a sweet Oloroso sherry from Jerez de la Frontera, vinified using the classic Solera method. The result: a deep mahogany color, aromas of dates, walnuts, dark raisins, and a hint of caramelized butter.

Velvety and warm on the palate, with a long, slightly nutty finish. Serve at 12–14 °C as a digestif – or with blue cheese such as Roquefort, dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), and walnut cake.
