Dreissigacker from Bechtheim is one of the leading organic wineries in Rheinhessen. Jochen Dreissigacker has been working according to EU organic guidelines for years — the wines stand for a precise signature rather than cellar technology. The Eintausender is the entry into the range, but no compromise: it reflects the house style in an accessible form.

In the glass, aromas of mirabelle plum and citrus zest, plus a fine herbal spice. The texture is light yet not thin — 6.8 g/l residual sugar remains in the background, the acidity carries the wine. The finish is fresh and short-precise.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Pairs with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, fried zander, light poultry, or a young goat cheese. Also a good choice as an uncomplicated aperitif — especially when it's warm outside.
