Dreissigacker Pinot Brut Nature

Dreissigacker Pinot Brut Nature
Dreissigacker from Bechtheim in Rheinhessen stands for biodynamic viticulture and clear, varietal wines. The Pinot Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir – without dosage, meaning no sugar is added after bottle fermentation. What remains is the pure character of the grape.
In the glass, aromas of red currant, citrus peel, and a hint of brioche emerge. The perlage is fine, the finish dry and crisp – typical of a Brut Nature without any sweet balance. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
Pairs well with oysters, scallops, or light sashimi. Also highly recommended as an aperitif before a meal featuring fish courses.

Other grape varieties cultivated include the Burgundy varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Dreissigacker produces 180,000 bottles of wine annually. Eichelmann 2021 awarded it the title of "World-Class Winery" *****
