Dreissigacker Pinot Gris dry

The Dreissigacker Grauburgunder trocken is a characterful white wine from Rheinhessen that impresses with its lively nature.

Spontaneous fermentation and aging (60% in stainless steel and 40% in wooden barrels) lend it complexity and a smooth, creamy texture. The nose unfolds aromas of ripe apples and pears , underpinned by nutty nuances and a distinct minerality.

On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with lively acidity and a harmonious structure. Ideal with fish, poultry, or light vegetarian dishes – a Pinot Gris with character and easy drinkability.
