Bechtheimer Riesling

A Riesling with a clear signature: mineral, precise, with enough substance for the cellar or the table.

Dreissigacker is one of the leading organic wineries in Rheinhessen. The winery in Bechtheim has been cultivating its vineyards according to biodynamic principles for years – the loamy-calcareous soils of the region shape the style: straightforward, mineral, and with depth.

The nose is initially cool and restrained – iodine, a hint of blossoms, and a touch of pastry. On the palate, it reveals significantly more expression: a finely textured body with noticeable structure, stone fruit (peach, a hint of banana), mineral spice, and a subtle extract sweetness that balances the wine. The finish is long, cool, and mineral – with a lingering intensity that persists until the very end.

Pairs well with grilled fish, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, or mild goat cheese. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Ready to drink until 2028.
