Chardonnay Brut Nature
Dreissigacker's Chardonnay Brut Nature comes from organically cultivated vineyards. The grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvesting to preserve their crisp acidity and fresh minerality. After nine months of aging in tonneau-style wooden barrels on the lees, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the Chardonnay rests on the lees for a further 18 months. This sparkling wine impresses with its fresh acidity, fine bubbles, and complex array of aromas. A refreshing treat for festive occasions and as an aperitif.

The German winery Dreissigacker is located in Rheinhessen and was founded in 1728. The current owner is Jochen Dreissigacker, who manages a total vineyard area of 28 hectares. This area is divided among several vineyard sites (including Bechtheimer Geyersberg and Bechtheimer Hasensprung) consisting of loess loam, calcareous marl, limestone, and clay soils. The winery places particular emphasis on the cultivation and production of Riesling wines, which accounts for more than half of the vineyard area. Other grape varieties cultivated include the Burgundy varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Dreissigacker produces 180,000 bottles of wine annually. Eichelmann 2021 awarded it the title of "World-Class Winery" *****
