Zolla Susumaniello

With Zolla Susumaniello, Farnese Vini launches a new wine based on a little-known, typical Apulian grape variety. In the glass, Zolla Susumaniello displays a beautiful ruby-red color with subtle blue reflections. Its bouquet is exceptionally fruity, revealing aromas of red fruits, jam, cinnamon, and nutmeg. On the palate, it is velvety, exhibiting soft tannins and very little acidity. A remarkable wine that is in no way inferior to its sibling, Zolla Primitivo.

Too much horsepower

Too massive, the aromas overlap. Certainly good with duck and game.

Vigneti del Salento

Vigneti del Salento is an Italian winery located in the Apulia region. The prevailing climate facilitates grape development through temperature fluctuations between day and night and the proximity to the sea. Additionally, the intense heat partially dries the grapes, increasing their sugar content. All grapes are harvested by hand and processed into wine under the supervision of the winemakers. Vigneti del Salento cultivates grape varieties such as Negroamaro, Montepulciano, Primitivo, and Merlot.
