Van Volxem Saar Riesling QbA dry
**Product Description: Van Volxem Saar Riesling QbA Dry** Discover the Van Volxem Saar Riesling QbA dry – a wine that delights with its rich golden yellow color and ripe slate aromas. On the nose, full-bodied stone fruit aromas unfold, accompanied by delicate notes of orange peel, pineapple, and lemon zest, as well as a hint of wild herbs. On the palate, this Riesling is intensely fruity, fresh, and crisp. The perfectly integrated, ripe acidity provides a powerful minerality and a great harmony between fruit and acidity. Enjoy this unique wine on special occasions or simply for a relaxing evening – now is the perfect moment!

The Van Volxem winery is located in Wiltingen on the Saar River, south of Trier. Founded in 1700, it has been owned by Roman Niewodniczanski since 1999. The winery has a total vineyard area of 42 hectares, divided among nine different sites. The best sites include Wiltinger Gottesfuß, Kupp, Braunfels, and Scharzhofberger. The soils consist primarily of Devonian slate. Van Volxem wines are produced from 96% Riesling grapes and 4% Pinot Blanc grapes. Approximately 280,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
