The grapes grow in the cool high altitudes of the Adelaide Hills – a region where the climate provides the freshness and structure that Australian Chardonnays otherwise lack. Aging in French oak barrels brings a creamy texture and depth without masking the fruit. In the glass, it shows white peach, ripe citrus fruit, and a hint of hazelnut, plus a dense, lively acidity and a long, mineral finish.

With potential for cellar aging beyond that. Serving temperature 10–12 °C. Pairs well with scallops in butter sauce, lobster, grilled turbot, or a matured Gruyère.
