Philipp Kuhn Blanc de Noir sparkling wine Brut Nature

Philipp Kuhn Blanc de Noir sparkling wine Brut Nature
Single-varietal Blanc de Noir made from Pinot Noir – grown in the Laumersheim and Großkarlbach vineyards of the Palatinate, where the Philipp Kuhn winery has been one of the most reliable addresses for precise viticulture for years.
Four years of lees aging using the traditional bottle fermentation method – significantly longer than legally required for sparkling wine. Without dosage (Brut Nature), the wine is unsugared and straightforward: red berry fruit, brioche notes, and a fine minerality on the finish. The perlage remains creamy, the overall impression dry and crisp.
Served cold at 7–9 °C, it goes well with foie gras terrine, salmon or strong soft cheese – but it also works as a substantial aperitif.
