Paul Mas Le Rosé

An uncomplicated rosé wine from the Languedoc – light pink in the glass, fresh on the palate and ready for warm evenings without much effort.

Paul Mas is one of the most renowned producers in the Languedoc. The family-run winery cultivates vineyards around Pézenas in the heart of the Hérault region and works with the classic southern French grape varieties of the area. The climate – hot, dry summers, mild winters, and frequent Mistral winds – shapes the wines: abundant fruit, moderate acidity, and immediate drinkability.

In the glass, Le Rosé displays a clear, light salmon color. The nose offers aromas of strawberry and red currant, along with a hint of watermelon. On the palate, the wine remains lean, with lively freshness and a short, clean, fruity finish without any residual sweetness.

Paul Mas

Domaines Paul Mas represents the new face of the Languedoc: Jean-Claude Mas founded the company, named after his father, in 2000, building on the legacy of a winemaking family whose history dates back to 1892. Today, he cultivates over 850 hectares of vineyards across 17 locations in the South of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac. His motto is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that evoke powerful emotions at no extra cost. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically farmed land, sustainability is not just a marketing promise, but a lived reality.
