Paul Mas Classique Sauvignon Blanc

Paul Mas Classique Sauvignon Blanc
An uncomplicated white wine from the Languedoc — fresh, aromatic and with the typical profile of a southern French Sauvignon Blanc.
Paul Mas cultivates around 500 hectares in the heart of the Languedoc, primarily around Pézenas and the Côtes de Thongue. The winery is known for reliable estate bottlings that combine international grape varieties with the sun-drenched potential of the Midi. The Classique line is the accessible entry-level range—clear fruit, no compromises in craftsmanship.
In the glass, it displays a bright golden yellow with green reflections. The nose offers gooseberry and boxwood—the classic Sauvignon Blanc hallmarks—along with citrus peel and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a clean finish without any bitterness.
