Paul Mas Classique Sauvignon Blanc

An uncomplicated white wine from the Languedoc — fresh, aromatic, and with the typical profile of a southern French Sauvignon Blanc.

Paul Mas manages around 500 hectares in the heart of the Languedoc, primarily around Pézenas and the Côtes de Thongue. The winery stands for reliable estate bottlings that combine international grape varieties with the sun-ripening potential of the Midi. The Classique line is the accessible entry-level range — clear fruit, no compromises in craftsmanship.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden yellow with green reflections. The nose brings gooseberry and boxwood — the classic Sauvignon Blanc markers — plus citrus peel and a light smoky tone. On the palate, medium body, fresh acidity, clean finish without bitter notes.

Paul Mas

Domaines Paul Mas stands for the new face of the Languedoc: Jean-Claude Mas founded the company named after his father in the year 2000 on the heritage of a winemaking family whose history dates back to 1892.

Today, he manages over 850 hectares of vineyards at 17 locations in the south of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac.

His claim is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that provide great emotions without a premium price. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically managed land, sustainability is not a marketing promise, but lived practice.
