Paul Mas Syrah Rosé 0.25L

A rosé made from pure Syrah grapes, bottled in a practical 0.25-liter bottle – ideal for on the go, as a single serving or when a whole bottle would be too much.

In the glass, it shines a rich pink. The nose reveals cherry, a hint of toffee, and subtle floral aromas. On the palate, red berries, a fruity body, and a long finish. Typical for a rosé from the Languedoc: aromatic, easy-drinking, and uncomplicated.

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with antipasti, grilled vegetables, or light pasta dishes. Convenient for picnics, outdoor evenings, or as an accompaniment to wine tastings when you want to keep track of portion sizes.

Today, he cultivates over 850 hectares of vineyards across 17 locations in the South of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac. His motto is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that evoke powerful emotions at no extra cost. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically farmed land, sustainability is not just a marketing promise, but a lived reality.
