Paul Mas Le Rosé

Paul Mas Le Rosé
An uncomplicated rosé wine from the Languedoc – light pink in the glass, fresh on the palate, and ready for warm evenings without much effort.
Paul Mas is one of the most well-known producers in the Languedoc. The family winery manages vineyards around Pézenas in the heart of the Hérault and works with the classic southern French grape varieties of the region. The climate – hot, dry summers, mild winters, lots of Mistral – shapes the wines: lots of fruit, moderate acidity, direct drinking pleasure.
In the glass, Le Rosé shows a clear, light salmon color. The nose brings strawberry and red currant, plus a hint of watermelon. On the palate, the wine remains slim, with lively freshness and a short, cleanly fruity finish without residual sugar.

Domaines Paul Mas represents the new face of the Languedoc: Jean-Claude Mas founded the company, named after his father, in 2000, building on the legacy of a winemaking family whose history dates back to 1892. Today, he cultivates over 850 hectares of vineyards across 17 locations in the South of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac. His motto is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that evoke powerful emotions at no extra cost. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically farmed land, sustainability is not just a marketing promise, but a lived reality.
