Paul Mas Cabernet de Cabernet Vin de Pays d'Oc

Paul Mas Cabernet de Cabernet Vin de Pays d'Oc
Two Cabernet grape varieties, one clear profile: The Paul Mas Cabernet de Cabernet from the Languedoc is an uncomplicated red wine with real substance — full-bodied, dark and with pleasantly soft tannins.
Paul Mas is one of the most renowned estates in Languedoc-Roussillon. Jean-Claude Mas has transformed the family winery into one of the most reliable producers in the South of France — with a clear focus on varietally typical, approachable wines from the Vin de Pays d'Oc.
In the glass, it displays a deep, dark violet color with garnet highlights. The nose offers aromas of cassis and black cherry, along with notes of blackberry and a subtle hint of bell pepper—typical of Cabernet Sauvignon from the warm south of France. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a fruit-driven finish with considerable length.
