Paul Mas Chardonnay Vin de Pays d'Oc

The Paul Mas Chardonnay has a beautiful golden-yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, nuts, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is full, beautifully balanced, and lingers with plenty of fruit on the finish. To ensure the highest quality, the grapes are harvested at night in the coolest temperatures. Fermentation takes place in American and French oak barrels.
