Paul Mas Chardonnay Vin de Pays d'Oc

The Paul Mas Chardonnay has a beautiful golden-yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple, nuts, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is full, beautifully balanced, and lingers with plenty of fruit on the finish. To ensure the highest quality, the grapes are harvested at night in the coolest temperatures. Fermentation takes place in American and French oak barrels. Domaines Paul Mas is one of the traditional wineries of southern France that now combines innovation to produce high-quality, modern wines. The estate covers 60 hectares on the slopes of the Hérault Valley in Languedoc, southern France. It is located between Sète and Pézenas, near the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyards of Domaines Paul Mas consist primarily of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carignan, and Cinsault for the red and rosé wines, and Viognier and Chardonnay for the whites. Paul Mas

Domaines Paul Mas represents the new face of the Languedoc: Jean-Claude Mas founded the company, named after his father, in 2000, building on the legacy of a winemaking family whose history dates back to 1892. Today, he cultivates over 850 hectares of vineyards across 17 locations in the South of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac. His motto is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that evoke powerful emotions at no extra cost. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically farmed land, sustainability is not just a marketing promise, but a lived reality.
