Mas Rabell Rosado
An uncomplicated summer rosé from Torres – fruity, fresh, and easy to drink.
Torres is one of Catalonia's most renowned wineries and produces this approachable cuvée at the Mas Rabell estate in Penedès. The grapes are harvested in mid-September and then left on the skins for 24 hours – this gives the rosé its bright color and aromatic richness. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16–17 °C for 15 days, which preserves the fruit aromas.
The glass reveals aromas of raspberry and fresh cherry, accompanied by a hint of red currant. The palate is juicy, the acidity crisp enough to keep the wine lively – without heaviness or residual sweetness. The finish is short and clean.
Served chilled at 8–10 °C, it pairs well with tapas, grilled shrimp, gazpacho, or light salads with goat cheese. It also makes a great aperitif to kick off a summer evening.
