Weissburgunder Einzigacker

Dreissigacker 's Weissburgunder Einzigacker is a white wine for those who seek depth and elegance in a glass – not a light-footed everyday wine, but a serious Burgundy style from Rheinhessen terroir.

On the nose, it opens with buttery brioche, delicate roasted notes, and baked plums , underpinned by a subtle hint of sandalwood. On the palate, it is clear and juicy with a dense, powerful body – never heavy, but rather racy and invigoratingly fresh. The shoulders are well-defined, the creaminess perfectly balanced. With aeration, a rising minerality unfolds, accompanied by herbal spice and a salty-mineral finesse. The extract sweetness remains subtle, the tannins are velvety and well-integrated. The finish carries brioche, a touch of fruit, and a long, dignified aftertaste.

Important: This wine needs time and air to fully open up. Decanting is worthwhile – allow at least 30 to 45 minutes.

Especially recommended for:

  • Grilled turbot or sole with butter sauce
  • Creamy risotto with mushrooms or white truffle
  • Mature Comté or strong mountain cheese
  • Poultry in a light cream sauce

A wine that rewards patience and delights connoisseurs.
