Velenosi Passerina Brut Metodo Charmat
A sparkling wine from the Marche region, vinified using the Charmat method from the indigenous Passerina grape variety. Velenosi is one of the established producers around Ascoli Piceno and specializes in the natural freshness of this local white wine variety.
In the glass, a fine perlage and pale yellow reflection. The nose reveals acacia blossom, fresh lemon zest, and white peach. On the palate, a crisp acidity, a touch of creaminess from tank fermentation, and a dry finish. The Brut dosage maintains a perfect balance between fruit and freshness.
Serving temperature 6–8 °C. As an aperitif, with seafood, light antipasti or mild goat cheese.
