Schwarzriesling Rosé SR dry

A dry Schwarzriesling rosé from the Remstal region – light, fresh and with a clear fruit character.

The Remstal Winery is one of Baden-Württemberg's most traditional winegrowers' cooperatives, uniting vineyards in the Remstal valley, one of Württemberg's warmest wine-growing regions. Schwarzriesling – known as Pinot Meunier in Burgundy – has been cultivated here for generations and, as a rosé, reveals its most aromatically approachable side.

In the glass, the SR displays a pale salmon pink hue. The nose offers aromas of strawberry and raspberry, along with a subtle floral note. On the palate, it is juicy and light, with lively acidity, no unpleasant residual sugar, and a short, fruity finish.

Drinking recommendations:

• Temperature: 8–10 °C
• Pairs well with salads containing goat cheese, grilled vegetables, or light pasta dishes.
