Schreckbichl Sauvignon Blanc

Schreckbichl Sauvignon Blanc
The Sauvignon Blanc from the Schreckbichl winery comes from the Überetsch region of South Tyrol – a wine-growing area known for its aromatic precision and the interplay of alpine coolness and southern sunshine. Schreckbichl, one of the region's most prestigious cooperatives, works with winegrowing families whose vineyards are sometimes situated at altitudes of over 500 meters.
In the glass, it displays the typical freshness of the variety: gooseberry, grapefruit, and a green, herbaceous undertone, supported by lively acidity and clear minerality. The finish is dry and concise.
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, fried goat cheese, or seafood. Also excellent as an aperitif on its own.
