Schreckbichl Pinot Grigio

The Pinot Grigio from Kellerei Schreckbichl comes from the Überetsch region of South Tyrol — one of the best locations for this grape variety north of the Brenner Pass. The cooperative winery Schreckbichl (Colterenzio) has been working for decades according to the principle: small plots, selective harvesting, and careful vinification.

In the glass, this wine showcases the potential of Pinot Grigio from excellent vineyard sites: ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of almond. Fresh acidity, medium body, and a clean finish. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Drink now or until 2027.

Schreckbichl Winery

Schreckbichl Winery – South Tyrolean winemaking since 1960. Twenty-six winegrowers joined forces back then to gain more independence. Today, there are approximately 300 members cultivating around 300 hectares between 230 and 650 meters above sea level – one of South Tyrol's finest vineyard sites. Tradition and modernity go hand in hand here: meticulous handwork in the vineyard, natural farming practices, state-of-the-art cellar technology, photovoltaics, and heat recovery. The portfolio includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, as well as Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Vernatsch. Authentic wines with regional character. Schreckbichl – a cooperative with a clear vision.
