Paul Mas Chardonnay 0.25L

An approachable Chardonnay from the Languedoc — fruity, round, with the typical richness that warm southern French vintages bring.

Paul Mas is one of the most renowned wineries in the Languedoc. Jean-Claude Mas has developed the Domaine into one of the best-selling labels in southern France, focusing on cleanly vinified, single-varietal wines from the heart of the Pays d'Oc.

In the glass, it displays a clear golden yellow color. The nose offers aromas of pineapple and ripe pear, along with a hint of vanilla—a sign of brief oak contact or bâtonnage. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a soft acidity and fruity notes on the finish.

  • Dishes: Chicken in cream sauce, pasta with Gorgonzola, pan-fried salmon
  • Temperature: 10–12 °C
  • Occasion: uncomplicated companion for everyday life — also practical as a 0.25-liter bottle for on the go or as a single glass

Today, he cultivates over 850 hectares of vineyards across 17 locations in the South of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac. His motto is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that evoke powerful emotions at no extra cost. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically farmed land, sustainability is not just a marketing promise, but a lived reality.
