Dry and lively. The Sauvignon Blanc brings grapefruit and lime, the Viognier apricot, white flowers and a hint of tropical fruits. In the mouth it seems mouth-filling, yet well balanced.

Domaines Paul Mas stands for the new face of the Languedoc: Jean-Claude Mas founded the company named after his father in the year 2000 on the heritage of a winemaking family whose history dates back to 1892.
Today, he manages over 850 hectares of vineyards at 17 locations in the south of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac.
His claim is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that provide great emotions without a premium price. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically managed land, sustainability is not a marketing promise, but lived practice.
