Paul Mas Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 0.25L

Paul Mas Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 0.25L
An uncomplicated southern French wine for quick enjoyment – full-bodied, smooth and with a clear fruit character.
Paul Mas is one of the most renowned estates in the Languedoc region and has been building on the region's strengths for years: abundant sunshine, Mediterranean soils, and grape varieties that have been cultivated here for generations. The 0.25-liter piccolo bottle is ideal for on the go, as a single serving with a meal, or when a whole bottle would simply be too much.
In the glass, it displays a deep, dark violet color with garnet reflections. On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and a hint of pepper – the typical hallmarks of Cabernet Sauvignon, rounded off by the softer character of Merlot. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with ripe and velvety tannins and a medium-long finish with a touch of red berry fruit.

Domaines Paul Mas represents the new face of the Languedoc: Jean-Claude Mas founded the company, named after his father, in 2000, building on the legacy of a winemaking family whose history dates back to 1892. Today, he cultivates over 850 hectares of vineyards across 17 locations in the South of France – from the accessible Pays d'Oc to the renowned Crus Pézenas and Terrasses du Larzac. His motto is "Luxe Rural": wines with genuine terroir character that evoke powerful emotions at no extra cost. With 100% HVE-certified vineyards and 80% organically farmed land, sustainability is not just a marketing promise, but a lived reality.
