Jacopo Poli Elisir Limone Lemon Liqueur

A classic lemon liqueur from Veneto — fresh, with the signature of one of Italy's most famous grappa distilleries.

The Poli family has been distilling spirits in Schiavon, at the foot of the Dolomites, since 1898. Elisir Limone follows a recipe from the 1930s: lemon peels from the Riviera dei Limoni are steeped in alcohol, then blended with sugar and water to create the base. No artificial flavorings—maceration according to traditional methods.

A vibrant yellow in the glass. The nose is clear: fresh lemon zest, a hint of white blossom. On the palate, the citrus notes remain dominant, the sugar provides support without being overpowering, the finish is dry and fresh with a slightly bitter note from the zest.

  • Neat: well chilled (4–6 °C) as a digestif — a classic in Northern Italy after a meal
  • On the rocks: with a large ice cube as a summer aperitif
  • Cocktail: Base for a Limoncello Spritz (Prosecco, mineral water) or as an acid component in a Whisky Sour

Jacopo Poli

Po‘ di Poli – modest in name, masterful in the glass. For this grappa from the house of Poli, the addition "Morbida" (soft, gentle) hits the nail on the head.

The pomace comes from Muscat Blanc grapes from the Colli Euganei and is distilled fresh from the press in a copper still using the traditional, discontinuous method. The master distiller separates the heads and tails with sensitivity and preserves only the noble heart.

After six months of rest in a stainless steel tank, the grappa is gently filtered. The result: a grappa of gentle softness and fine aroma. Truly Poli.
