Bellabomba Liquore all' Uovo 1.0L
A classic Advocaat from Trentino — creamy, eggy, with the warming power of rum. Bellabomba by Marzadro isn't a desk liqueur, but belongs in ski lodges, on wooden bars, and with the smell of snow outside.
Marzadro is a distillery from Nogaredo in Trentino, known for its grappa distillates and deeply rooted in Alpine drinking culture. With Bellabomba, they have bottled the region's traditional egg liqueur: made from fresh Trentino milk, egg yolks, and rum—without any industrial shortcuts.
In the glass, it displays the typical smooth, almost pudding-like texture of a true egg liqueur. Aromas of vanilla, egg yolk, and sweet cream, underpinned by a slightly spicy rum note that adds depth and prevents the liqueur from being one-dimensional. No harsh finish—it ends smoothly and warmly.
Traditionally, it's served hot, with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of bitter cocoa on top—that's the rustic, rustic version that works. It's equally convincing at room temperature as a digestif after dinner. It also shines as an ingredient in desserts, over vanilla ice cream, or in a warm punch.

The Marzadro distillery – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in the north of Italy, in Vallagarina, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are created here. What makes them special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using the water-bath steam method – gently and precisely, supported by modern computer control. The quality is regularly checked by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino". A true pleasure from the north of Italy.
