Marzadro's Olia del Garda is a grappa infused with delicious olives, made according to an old recipe from Lake Garda passed down by Antonio De Carli. The Marzadro family pays tribute to him with this unique liqueur. Following the traditional recipe, the olives are cold-macerated for 40 to 50 days in pure white Marzadro grappa along with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and lemon zest. This infusion unites the aromas of our region into a bitter yet surprisingly fruity extract.

Marzadro

The Marzadro Distillery – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in Vallagarina in northern Italy, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Here, grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are produced. What makes them so special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using a steam bain-marie method – carefully and precisely, supported by modern computer control. Marzadro processes up to 20 tons of pomace daily, producing up to 100,000 bottles annually. The quality is regularly tested by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino" and has received numerous national and international awards. A true delight from northern Italy.
