Boulder red blend

Boulder red blend
A robust red wine from Mendoza that combines the strengths of Argentinian vineyards with classic blending techniques. Dark fruit, structure, and a smooth texture in one glass.
Kaiken Wines was founded by Aurelio Montes – one of Chile's most renowned winemakers – and is located in Luján de Cuyo, one of Mendoza's most prestigious wine regions. The vines benefit from the Andean high altitude, intense sunshine, and cool nights, which promote both fruit concentration and freshness.
In the glass, the Boulder Red Blend displays a deep ruby red color. The nose is dominated by blackberry and dark cherry, complemented by cedarwood and a hint of vanilla from the barrel aging. On the palate, it is full-bodied with soft, ripe tannins and a pleasantly long finish.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C. Pairs well with grilled beef, lamb chops, or a mature Manchego cheese. Also enjoyable as a simple evening wine on its own.
