Wachtenburger Palatinate country wine white semi-dry 1.0L

Wachtenburger Palatinate country wine white semi-dry 1.0L
The Wachtenburger Pfälzer Landwein (white, semi-dry) from the Wachtenburg winegrowers is exactly what a good everyday wine should be: uncomplicated, easy to drink, and honest. A wine for people who don't want to overthink things, but simply enjoy a good glass.
Its aroma is lively and fresh, with light notes of ripe fruit and a hint of blossom. On the palate, it is pleasing and easy to drink – the semi-dry residual sweetness adds a pleasant roundness without being too heavy. The Palatinate sunshine is in every sip.
With its 1.0-liter format, it is particularly well suited to social gatherings:
- Summer barbecue evenings in the garden
- Relaxing get-togethers with friends and family
- As an uncomplicated accompaniment to light cuisine, salads, tarte flambée or savory snacks
Served chilled – ideally between 8 and 10 °C – it best unfolds its fresh character. A straightforward wine that simply brings joy.

The Wachtenburg Winzer eG cooperative from Wachenheim on the German Wine Route is one of the oldest winegrowers' cooperatives in the Palatinate region: founded in 1900 by 53 Palatinate winegrowers, it now represents the shared craft of 24 winegrowing families who cultivate 350 hectares together. It takes its name from the striking Wachtenburg castle ruins high above Wachenheim—a landmark that is literally reflected in the wines of this cooperative. The focus is on Riesling, but the range extends to over 13 white and 11 red grape varieties, catering to a wide variety of tastes. High-quality wine enjoyment at fair prices and careful stewardship of the vineyards—this is the shared philosophy that unites all these winegrowing families.
