Villa Angela Verdicchio of the Castelli di Jesi Classico
This Verdicchio is a must made from hand-picked, slightly overripe grapes. The grapes are pressed, the must is placed in cooling tanks, and then settled at 5°C. It is subsequently transferred to stainless steel tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation. Fermentation is initiated with yeast to prevent unwanted fermentation. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, bright. Soft yet persistent; pleasantly fruity. Aromas of green apple, honey, and spices. On the palate, pleasant, balanced, persistent, full-bodied, spicy with a typical almond aftertaste.

Founded in 1984 by Angela and Ercole Velenosi, the Italian winery Velenosi is located approximately 25 km from the Adriatic Sea. Situated at an altitude of about 150-200 meters above sea level, Velenosi cultivates around 145 hectares of vineyards, growing grape varieties such as Pecorino, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Verdicchio. Approximately two million bottles of wine are bottled annually in their own cellar.
