Celeste Crianza Magnum

Celeste Crianza Magnum
A Tempranillo from the Torres estate that showcases the potential of Castilian soil: an inky blackberry red, verging on violet, and a bouquet that immediately demands attention. Licorice and black pepper open the nose, followed by ripe blackberries and juicy, dark Morello cherries.
Torres is one of Spain's most renowned family wineries, with roots in the Penedès region and a long history of working with both international and Iberian grape varieties. The Celeste Crianza comes from the estate's Ribera del Duero line and undergoes classic Crianza aging: at least twelve months in oak barrels before bottling. The magnum format slows down its further development in the glass—an advantage for those who plan to cellar the wine for a few more years.
On the palate, the fruit continues: cherry and dark berries, accompanied by subtle spice and tannins that are sweet and ripe without becoming soft. The finish is long, round, and beautifully full—not a harsh break, but a gradual fade. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C. Pairs well with leg of lamb with rosemary, Ibérico chorizo, or a robust Manchego cheese.
