Pinot Noir S dry

Pinot Noir S dry
A Pinot Noir from Württemberg that shows what the mild Remstal climate brings out of the Pinot Noir: not a heavy red, but an elegant wine with structure and drinkability.
The Remstal Winery is one of Württemberg's most traditional cooperatives and processes grapes from the Remstal valley, one of Germany's warmest and sunniest wine-growing regions. The mild microclimate allows for the production of Pinot Noir with ripe fruit and a refreshing acidity.
Aromas of cherry and almond dominate in the glass, accompanied by a subtle spiciness. The acidity is noticeable but remains integrated—no harshness, but rather an invigorating line. The tannins are fine and make the wine approachable even now.
Serving suggestion: Best served at 16–17 °C. Pairs well with pasta with tomato sauce, grilled chicken, or mild soft cheese. Also a solid choice as a casual accompaniment to a weeknight dinner.
