Savings package 6× Kesselring Sauvignon Blanc

Produktbeschreibung
Six bottles, one grape variety, one clear vision: This package showcases what Sauvignon Blanc from the Palatinate region can achieve—and why it doesn't need to hide behind Loire or New Zealand wines. Those who primarily know the variety from Marlborough or Sancerre will gain a different perspective here: German, distinctive, and grounded.
Lukas Kesselring vinifies international grape varieties in the Palatinate region without resorting to imitation. No imitation, no blending according to a familiar formula—but rather a wine whose character derives from the interplay of grape variety and terroir. His Kesselring Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of elderflower and gooseberry, along with a hint of green herbs that remains fresh without becoming intrusive. On the palate, a vibrant acidity carries the wine, and the finish is mineral and clean—unusually long for this category. Its drinking window extends until 2026: a wine for the moment, not for cellaring.
Six bottles of the same wine here don't signify a lack of variety, but rather an invitation to take a closer look. Anyone who truly wants to understand Sauvignon Blanc—how it changes in the glass over weeks, how it reacts to different foods, how it behaves differently at 10°C than at 13°C—will get further with a six-pack than with a single bottle.
This goes well with: grilled asparagus with herb vinaigrette, fresh or semi-aged goat cheese, trout or sea bass, dishes with coriander, parsley or tarragon. Also a good choice as an aperitif at 10–12 °C.
Six bottles of Kesselring Sauvignon Blanc — as a supply for the next few months, as an introduction to the Palatinate interpretation of a world grape variety, or as a gift for someone who appreciates white wine beyond the usual suspects.
