Domaine Lafage cultivates its vineyards in the IGP Côtes Catalanes in southern Roussillon, right on the border with Catalonia. The climate is dry and hot, the soils consist of siliceous, alluvial deposits—a combination that gives wines from this corner of France their characteristic tension between ripe fruit and saline minerality. The Miraflors Rosé is made from Mourvèdre, Grenache Gris, and Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested at night or early in the morning to preserve freshness and aromatics. After gentle pressing, the clear musts ferment at controlled temperatures and age on the fine lees—resulting in a refined texture that surpasses the norm.

In the glass, the Miraflors displays a bright, clear pink. On the nose, strawberry and raspberry emerge first, followed by a subtle citrus note and a salty, slightly mineral undertone.
