The winery from Duttweiler is one of the renowned addresses in the Palatinate and stands for precise, varietal viticulture. With the "Hiking" line, the house shows that accessibility and care are not mutually exclusive: the base of the cuvée is Müller-Thurgau, aged in steel tanks, which preserves the bright fruit and keeps the wine lean, without any oak notes. On the nose, there is ripe apple, some pear, and a hint of white peach. On the palate, a subtle residual sweetness meets lively acidity — fresh, drinkable, never cloying. The finish remains clean and short, without bitterness.
