Schwarzriesling Rosé SR dry

A dry Schwarzriesling rosé from the Remstal – light, fresh, and with a clear fruit line.

The Remstal-Kellerei is one of the traditional winegrowers' cooperatives in Baden-Württemberg and unites vineyards in the Remstal, one of the warmest wine-growing regions in Württemberg. The Schwarzriesling – known in Burgundy as Pinot Meunier – has been at home here for generations and, as a rosé, delivers its most aromatically accessible side.

In the glass, the SR shows a pale salmon pink. The nose brings strawberry and raspberry, plus a subtle floral note. On the palate, juicy-light, lively acidity, no disturbing residual sugar, short, fruity finish.

Drinking recommendations:

• Temperature: 8–10 °C
• With salads with goat cheese, grilled vegetables, or light pasta dishes
• As an uncomplicated aperitif on the terrace
