Riesling with Muscat RM off-dry

Riesling and Muskateller are a classic Württemberg combination: the acidity structure of the Riesling meets the floral-aromatic note of the Muskateller — the result is an off-dry white wine with character and accessibility.

The Remstal-Kellerei is one of Württemberg's traditional cooperatives, rooted in the Remstal valley east of Stuttgart. The Rems region is known for its Keuper and shell limestone soils, which give white wines a spicy minerality. As a cooperative, the winery pools the work of many winegrower families from the valley.

In the glass, the RM off-dry shows a pale straw yellow. On the nose, peach, elderflower, and a hint of white grapefruit — the Muskateller component carries the aromatic lightness, while the Riesling provides contour. Fresh and lively on the palate, with fine residual sweetness that remains cleanly integrated by the acidity. Not a heavy wine — rather easy-drinking and uncomplicated.

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with Asian dishes with a light spice, fruit salad with mint, or as an uncomplicated companion for a summer evening on the terrace. Ready to drink now.
