The Olia del Garda from Marzadro is a grappa infused with delicious olives according to an old recipe from Lake Garda, which was handed down by Antonio De Carli.

The Marzadro family pays tribute to him with this globally unique liqueur. According to the old recipe, the olives are cold-infused for 40 to 50 days together with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and lemon peel in pure white Marzadro grappa. An infusion that combines the aromas of our region into a bitter, yet surprisingly fruity extract.

The Distillery

Marzadro

The distillery Marzadro – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in the north of Italy, in Vallagarina, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Here, grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are created.

What makes them special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using the water-bath steam method – gently and precisely, supported by modern computer control.

The quality is regularly checked by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino". A true pleasure from the north of Italy.
