Marzadro La Trentina - Grappa Traditional

When autumn arrives in Trentino and the grape harvest in the vineyards draws to a close, the Marzadro distillery comes into its prime. From September until well into December, they work around the clock for 100 days a year to distill several hundred kilograms of freshly delivered, carefully selected pomace each day. This pomace comes from the finest indigenous (originally grown only here) grape varieties of Trentino. These are meticulously selected personally by master distiller Andrea Marzadro and are still rich in must to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the original grape varieties. In this way, the fragrances and aromas are preserved and their intensity is further enhanced by high-performance aging systems. Aging in wooden barrels.
