The Grappa Morbida from Marzadro is pleasantly soft with fine, clean fruit notes. Intense and aromatic in taste.
When autumn arrives in Trentino and the harvest in the vineyards comes to an end, the "wedding" begins at the Marzadro distillery. From September until well into December, work continues around the clock for 100 days to distill several hundred kilograms of freshly delivered, selected pomace every day.
Distillation takes place in the traditional way using the water-bath steam method in a discontinuous still, in accordance with the custom of Trentino. The stills are crafted from copper according to old craftsmanship.
Highly developed technology and the craftsmanship of Andrea Marzadro and his master distillers form a harmonious unit to guarantee quality at the highest level.

Mild, aromatic grappa
Grappa tastes good. The only confusing thing is that it is delivered in a different bottle than ordered. Is the content different too?
The Distillery
The distillery Marzadro – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in the north of Italy, in Vallagarina, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Here, grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are created.
What makes them special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using the water-bath steam method – gently and precisely, supported by modern computer control.
The quality is regularly checked by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino". A true pleasure from the north of Italy.
