Marzadro Le Diciotto Lune Grappa Stravecchia 4.5L
Eighteen months of barrel aging—it's right there in the name. Marzadro's Le Diciotto Lune Stravecchia matures in small barrels made of various precious woods until the pomace and wood speak a common language. The result is a mature grappa with real depth, far removed from the harshness of young spirits.
Marzadro is a family-run company from Trentino that has been among Italy's most respected grappa producers for decades. Le Diciotto Lune is made exclusively from the pomace of select Trentino grapes and distilled in a traditional pot still—a method that allows for greater control over temperature and aroma than continuous distillation.
On the nose, it reveals dried fig, vanilla, and a hint of oak. Soft and full-bodied on the palate, with a warming, lingering finish. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C. Enjoy neat after a meal, with dark chocolate, or as an accompaniment to a strong blue cheese. The 4.5-liter Triple Magnum format is ideal for restaurants or as the centerpiece of a well-stocked home bar.

The Marzadro distillery – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in the north of Italy, in Vallagarina, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are created here. What makes them special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using the water-bath steam method – gently and precisely, supported by modern computer control. The quality is regularly checked by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino". A true pleasure from the north of Italy.
