Marzadro Le Diciotto Lune Grappa Stravecchia 0.5L

When autumn arrives in Trentino and the grape harvest in the vineyards draws to a close, the Marzadro distillery comes into its prime. From September until well into December, they work around the clock for 100 days a year to distill several hundred kilograms of freshly delivered, carefully selected pomace each day. The result is an ancient, high-quality grappa, a symbol of the culture, care, and art of distillation. This grappa is made from a selection of the finest Trentino pomace, sourced from grapes of select vines and distilled in the traditional pot still. Le Diciotto Lune "Eighteen Moons" is aged for more than eighteen months in small casks made of various precious woods, stored in the silence of dark, humid rooms. Over time, the interplay of wood and grappa develops into perfect harmony, ultimately merging into an ethereal aroma and a rounded flavor with vanilla notes.
