Panettone alla Grappa - Le Diciotto Lune
Marzadro is one of Italy's most famous grappa distilleries, founded in 1949 in Trentino. Under the Le Diciotto Lune brand — named after the 18-month aging period of their signature grappa — they create products that bring the distillate into new contexts. This panettone is one of them: classic Italian Christmas pastry, refined with grappa from their own house.
The dough contains raisins that have been soaked in grappa. The result is a buttery-soft crumb with distinct fruit and a warm, slightly alcoholic finish — dried grape, vanilla, and pomace notes fade out on a dry note.
Enjoy it on its own with an espresso, with a glass of Moscato d'Asti, or as the finale to a festive menu. As a gift, it pairs well with a bottle of Marzadro grappa. Store in a cool, dry place.

The Producer
The distillery Marzadro – Italian craftsmanship since 1949. Founded by Sabina and Attilio Marzadro, it is located in the north of Italy, in Vallagarina, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. Here, grappas and liqueurs of the highest quality are created.
What makes them special? The pomace is traditionally distilled using the water-bath steam method – gently and precisely, supported by modern computer control.
The quality is regularly checked by the "Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino". A true pleasure from the north of Italy.
