Lergenmüller Saigner Rosé Ice dry
A rosé wine from the Palatinate region, which owes its character to the Saigner method : During “bleeding”, part of the must is drawn off early, which increases the color intensity in the red wine and at the same time results in a concentrated, aromatically clear rosé wine.
The Lergenmüller winery is rooted in Hainfeld in the southern Palatinate and cultivates its vineyards with the aim of producing varietal, characterful estate wines — not mass-produced, but wines with a recognizable signature.
In the glass, the Saigner Rosé displays fresh aromas of strawberry and raspberry , which remain clear and pure thanks to the gentle vinification process. The acidity is invigorating without harshness, the finish dry and pleasantly long. A rosé wine with more substance than many in its category.
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Pairs well with grilled salmon, goat cheese salad , or light pasta dishes with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Also a great choice as a simple summer evening drink on its own.
