Lergenmüller Pinot Gris dry

Lergenmüller Pinot Gris dry
An uncomplicated Pinot Gris from the Palatinate – clearly structured, fresh and suitable for everyday use without compromises in origin.
Lergenmüller has been cultivating its vineyards in the Palatinate since 1538 – making it one of the oldest family wineries in the region. Today, brothers Jürgen and Stefan Lergenmüller run the business as direct successors. This continuity is reflected in a solid, handcrafted range of wines that focuses on regional grape varieties without experimentation.
The Pinot Gris presents itself in the glass with typical varietal aromas: ripe pear, white peach, and a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, it is firm and lively – a crisp, smooth acidity, delicately juicy fruit, and no heavy alcohol on the finish. Pleasantly dry, medium-bodied.
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Drinking window: now until 2026.
It goes well with pasta in cream sauce, roasted asparagus, tarte flambée, or mild goat cheese. It's also a good choice as a simple aperitif on warm evenings.
