Boschendal Le Bouquet

Boschendal Le Bouquet
A South African white wine with a distinctly aromatic character: Le Bouquet von Boschendal combines residual sweetness with lively freshness — uncomplicated, but not without personality.
Boschendal is one of the oldest wineries in the Cape region and is located in the Franschhoek Valley, nestled between the Groot Drakenstein mountain range. Founded in 1685, the estate is now one of the most renowned in the Western Cape. Le Bouquet, part of the Boschendal range, represents approachable, aromatic, and fresh white wines made from classic grape varieties of the region.
In the glass, it displays a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of peach, pineapple, and a hint of ripe mango—accompanied by floral notes that give the wine its name. On the palate, a delicate sweetness emerges, balanced by fresh acidity. The finish is short to medium-long, with spicy undertones.
Serving temperature 8–10 °C. Pairs well with light Asian dishes with coconut milk, fresh summer rolls, fruit salad, or as a simple aperitif on warm evenings. Drink now — no storage potential.
