Clos des Ursules is one of the most famous monopolies in the Côte de Beaune — a 2.4-hectare Premiers Crus parcel within the Beaune-Vignes franchises, owned exclusively by the House of Louis Jadot for decades.

Louis Jadot is one of the most important négociant houses of the Côte d'Or, founded in Beaune in 1859. The Domaine des Héritiers manages its own vineyards and works with strictly controlled yields and gentle vinification in the traditional Burgundian style.

In the glass, the wine displays the typical Pinot Noir character of the Côte de Beaune: ripe strawberry and dark cherry take center stage, with hints of cassis and subtle notes of tobacco and cedar. The palate is supported by silky tannins, the structure is precise without harshness, and the finish is long and spicy-mineral.

Serving suggestion: Ideal temperature 16–17 °C. Pairs well with Coq au Vin, herb-crusted rack of lamb, or aged Époisses. Drinking window, depending on the vintage, until 2030+.
